Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to equipment rentals from Reverb Rental (“we”, “us”) in Marrakech, Morocco. By booking, you agree to these terms.

1) Availability & booking

• Rentals are subject to availability and date confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

2) Pricing

• Prices shown are per day unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery/setup fees (if applicable) are confirmed based on location and requirements.

3) Deposit / ID (when applicable)

• We may request a deposit and/or a valid ID depending on the rental value and context.
• The deposit is returned after equipment is checked and confirmed in good condition.

4) Customer responsibility

• The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period (including loss, theft, or damage).
• Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

5) Use of equipment

• Equipment must be used in a safe environment and handled by competent users.
• Do not open, modify, or repair the equipment.

6) Delivery & return

• If delivery is agreed, the customer must provide correct location details and be available at the arranged time.
• Equipment must be returned on time in the same condition as delivered.

7) Cancellation

• Please notify us as early as possible.
• Late cancellations may be charged depending on the situation (especially same-day cancellations).

8) Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, event interruption) beyond the rental fee paid.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, incorrect setup by third parties, power problems, or unsafe conditions.
