By booking, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Availability &amp; booking<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentals are subject to availability and date confirmation.<\/li>\n\n<li>A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) Pricing<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices shown are per day unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n<li>Delivery\/setup fees (if applicable) are confirmed based on location and requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) Deposit \/ ID (when applicable)<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We may request a deposit and\/or a valid ID depending on the rental value and context.<\/li>\n\n<li>The deposit is returned after equipment is checked and confirmed in good condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4) Customer responsibility<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period (including loss, theft, or damage).<\/li>\n\n<li>Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at repair or replacement cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5) Use of equipment<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equipment must be used in a safe environment and handled by competent users.<\/li>\n\n<li>Do not open, modify, or repair the equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6) Delivery &amp; return<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If delivery is agreed, the customer must provide correct location details and be available at the arranged time.<\/li>\n\n<li>Equipment must be returned on time in the same condition as delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7) Cancellation<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please notify us as early as possible.<\/li>\n\n<li>Late cancellations may be charged depending on the situation (especially same-day cancellations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8) Limitation of liability<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, event interruption) beyond the rental fee paid.<\/li>\n\n<li>We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, incorrect setup by third parties, power problems, or unsafe conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact<br \/><strong>support@reverbrental.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms &amp; Conditions These Terms &amp; Conditions apply to equipment rentals from Reverb Rental (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d) in Marrakech, Morocco.
